Holding Financial Industry Regulatory Authority licenses series 7, 63, and 86/87, Inder Singh pursued a lengthy education. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Engineering from Columbia University, he matriculated at New York University and graduated with a Master of Business Administration.
Inder Singh’s multifaceted career includes a host of administrative roles in the industry, among them Manager of Business Planning with American Express Company; Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Vice President of Corporate Finance, and Vice President of Business Development with AT&T/Lucent Technologies; Senior Vice President of Communication, Data Networking & Wireless/Head of Technology Research Group with Prudential Securities; and Senior Vice President of Data Networking and Wireline Equipment with Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
Bringing a wealth of expertise in areas including mergers and acquisitions, international market expansions, long-term portfolio plans, and research approaches, Inder Singh has been cited in a number of prominent publications, including the Financial Times, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. In his present capacity with Cisco, Inder Singh acts as co-leader of the Investment Review Board, offers insight on research and development and reprioritization of funds, and supervises the architecture of sustainable growth solutions.
Also a technology advisor to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Inder Singh of Cisco divides his time between Los Altos, California and Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
